Resident Service Plan
Each resident has a different activity of daily living. The level of required assistance varies from person to person. Below is the complete list of activities including our social programs: Eating, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Bathing, Frequency Ambulation, Transfer, Communication and Sensory Aids, Dental and Oral Care, Nutritional value and Frequency of Sleep paterns.
Social programs and activities are very important to us. They allow our residents to stay involved and healthy. Programs such as Organized Group Games, Group Exercise, Shopping and Outing, Gardening and Religious activities are carefully crafted to meet the needs of our residents.
We also assist with medication. Self-administered or supervised.
Blood Pressure Monitoring, Assistance in Monitoring Blood Sugar, Hearing and Vision need assessments are some of the Preventive Health Needs highly encouraged in our facility.
We, at All Loving Home Care Personal Care Facility, want all our residents to live a long, healthy and lasting life.
Residents can choose different levels of accommodation.
Level of Accommodation Options:
Level I: resident walks, self-feeds and continent
Level II: resident walks, self-feeds and incontinent
Level III: resident needs transfer assistance, some feeding help, and incontinent
Our Basic Charges Included:
- Three Home Cooked Meals per daily snacks
- Housekeeping and laundry service
- Service every other day
- Assistance with daily living activities: bathing, toileting (including incontinent residents), brushing teeth, dressing, transferring to and from bed, feeding (including blending of foods and hand feeding if required)
- Planned social and physical activities including birthday celebration

Daycare Options:
We offer elderly day care. Let us take care of your loved one while at work, running errands or taking well deserved time off. With the cost of elderly care on the rise, maintaining affordability while providing quality care is what we strive for.
